Thank you for shopping with us! Because we specialize in custom photo buttons, t-shirts, and more, our return policy is designed to reflect the unique nature of personalized products.

 

Custom Items: All sales are final on custom items. Because these products are made specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

 

Defects & Production Errors: If there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or faulty production on our end, we want to make it right! Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and a photo of the issue.

 

Resolutions: Qualifying defective items will be replaced or corrected at no additional cost to you. In certain scenarios, store credit may be issued, determined on a case-by-case basis.
