Shipping policy

At Wiser Image Creations orders are processed when payment is accepted. Most items offered are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you for the best quality! We ship orders within 7 business days. Packages are normally mailed by the carrier you select, i.e., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Your package tracking information will be emailed once it ships.

 

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties. Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 10-14 days more than other US states. The shipping time is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.

 

International orders: It will take additional days if orders must go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
